I brought my tire in last Tuesday to Gavin to be replaced and dropped off the ruined tire/rim. The tire was ordered and came in on Thursday. No one ever called to let me know it was in. I called Monday morning to schedule the service to my vehicle.
Brandt was available and was very friendly and had my vehicle in and out of the shop in a very timely manner.

I have had service there probably a dozen times or more. I have never before had the experience where I just sat and waited while my vehicle was ready. Or to respond to mechanic checklist and recs. No communication. People don’t always see text immediately and in the past, every time, if I don’t respond to text, service rep has come to waiting area (C’mon, it’s about 100 feet) to let me know, if longer than maybe 5 min. Either he’s injured and has ambulatory issues or was just being extremely lazy.
