We were satisfied with Brandt and his getting things done. The oil drain plug was not put on correctly and after finding oil in my garage, we had to go back and have it fixed. Brandt was very courteous, however, the mechanic should have done a leak test. First time dealing with Brandt and were satisfied with him.

It took longer than expected. I thought I was only getting new tires and a crack on my windshield repaired. When I went to Brandt to find out how much longer, he went to check and the technician had just started a recall solution. I am happen that all is done now, but I would have liked to have been given a choice to wait an additional hour to 1 1/2 hours.
