Not one mechanic came out to explain to me what was wrong with my car. I was sent a bunch of jargon I didn't understand on my phone. I don't know what a racket and pinion is. I paid 180.02 for a piece of paper. It would have been decent for a mechanic to come talk to us. Very disappointed!! I left sick.

Appointment was at 10:30am; I arrived at 10:01am; oil change and a drivers side door actuator was needed; took the technician till 2:10pm To let me know the parts needed to be ordered.
This was the second chance I’ve used this dealership with same exact results the 1st time. Shame on me for thinking it would be a fluke…
Full day wasted on an early oil change appointment and still have to take another day off to get the part installed.
