One thing that I do find frustrating is that it takes too long for a service advisor to come out. Most of the time I have been there I have set in my vehicle 20 or more minutes before I'm given the okay to go inside.

I brought in my vehicle because my coolant high temperature light came on a week after new engine was installed. Brant Nunez put me in a rental to hurry to a doctor’s appointment for 1:00 p.m. Brant call me at 1:49 p.m. to tell me my truck was ready and that a clamp was loose. I returned the rental after I filled the rental (Tacoma) up.

Took my car in for an oil change and was then informed that my car door had been damaged while in their care. I still had to pay for the oil change, and now I have to take time off work to bring my car back in for repairs. Since I work out of town, this is a major inconvenience—and it’s unclear whether a loaner vehicle will even be provided. I’ve never had issues with this Toyota dealership before, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.
