It’s a shame a trusted service department tries to play tricks on unsuspecting individuals. When a patron should trust the mechanics, how is this to be done when it’s suggested a cabin filter needs changing after 10000 miles, when the vehicle never leaves blacktop driving. This is a pathetic trick played to boost their monies. When I have to check back through to make sure center caps are replaced appropriately and make sure all else is done PROPERLY. 3 hours to change oil and rotate tires ever more ridiculous. These actions unfortunately are at many dealers. I truly hoped this would be different!!
