A few times I have gotten notes on my invoice saying there is a problem with my floor mat. I can’t figure out what the problem is and I would have thought while my car was there someone might actually fix it instead of just telling me there’s a problem. I keep forgetting to ask about that.

Mechanic/tech noted one of my tires needed replacing due to a severe leak. I went to another shop where they found a nail in the center of the tire. A patch is all that was required. No replacement needed.
