I ended up not getting anything done. I went in for an oil change. I understand I have a Nissan so I made an appointment the morning of the day before. I made sure to ask if they could service a Nissan. After handing over my keys…then waiting 2 hours with no update. To go find the update myself. To being told it wasn’t on the rack yet bc they needed a filter and that took a while. Two things would have made this a great experience. 1. Let me know that they didn’t have the filter and ask if I want to reschedule for the next few days and they would have it. 2. Just be told what was going on or that it would be a while since they have to get the filter. I could have gone back to work via uber or whoever. But none of that happened. So not only did I waste 2 hours of my day for nothing. Now I have to redo this whole process with somewhere else. The manager did offer to reschedule me for a morning. But based on this experience, I will not be going back. For anything. I feel completely disrespected, as my time means nothing and I don’t have a job to get back to. It’s insulting to say the least. I will not be recommending your dealership for anything moving forward. And I will never be back.

I called about 6 times to get information, but there was no response and I spoke to the answering service, because he did not call me ,back. I talked to the service agent registration. She told my truck was ready and so , I came to pick it.I talked the service agent, then. I was happy with follow up.

As usual all the staff at Lake Charles Toyota was very satisfactory. All were very perfectly. I had three things done to my vehicle and all was completed in a timely manner, I feel. I also love the gift shop and the snack shop. People there also very nice.

I don’t know if the last email I sent went through. So I am resending my response. My appointment was for 10 AM this morning. I got to the dealership at 9:45 and checked in. I received an update at 12 noon saying there was nothing wrong with my battery and that it would cost $89 to do an analysis on my electrical system. I agreed to do this and did not hear back from anyone until 4:45 PM. I was sitting at the dealership for seven hours waiting for updates. I know there was no way my car was being worked on for seven hours for what it needed to be done. I know other cars will put in front of my car during different processes. I feel update should be given more often than that. It was two hours between when my appointment was in my first update and almost 5 hours between my first update and when it was completed and I was told that it was ready

It took approximately 5 hours for an oil change and antifreeze flush. The service sticker was not replaced with an updated one. I bought brand new tires less than 5000 miles ago from Service Tire Pro and the tech recommended balancing my tires for no apparent reason. I have been buying tires from you, but since you no longer offer a shuttle service, I bought these for our LX elsewhere.
