Clay Hebert was a great service man. But when you require appointments, then you should have planned well enough to be on time. I did get a loaner car and I appreciate that but don’t know I appreciate getting text messages last night and this morning asking me to bring the rental car back that my car was fixed they told me yesterday would take a half a day. I brought it in yesterday morning and they didn’t finish it until yesterday at closing time and then they sent me a text wanting me to bring the rental car back. I only drove the rental car to my house put it in the garage and left it there and came back to Lake Charles Toyota the next morning. I filled it out with gas. I don’t think it was topped off with gas, but I I filled it up, but y’all need to get a handle loan over booking your people and so if you require an appointment, I expect to go in on my appointment and get my car fixed. This was a recall and I shouldn’t have to wait all day. They said it was a half a day. I took it early in the morning and I didn’t get it back and they text me at 5 o’clock to bring the rental back and that I would my car was ready. I’m not blaming Clay Hebert. But your appointment needs adjustments. This was not the first vehicle you guys I bought a tundras Avalon and numerous other vehicles from y’all and our returned customer and I don’t appreciate being put on hole. I don’t appreciate you acting like I’m stealing your card texting me last night and then this morning. Just bring the car bring the rental back and if you got a recall on the car, I think you should make an effort for your employees to pick up the car and take it when it’s gonna be such a long time to fix it. You get an employee to come pick the car up and fix it and then bring it back. Very annoying thank you.
