I had an appointment for 9 and didn’t get into the dealership until 9:30 because of the long line. Then, had to wait over 4 hours to find out that my car didn’t even get looked at for a diagnostic. I understand that services can take a while but don’t appreciate the lack of communication. Having an appointment seems unnecessary especially when having to wait that long for a vehicle to not be looked at. I just left. Barton was very friendly in telling me the reasoning for the long wait.
