Bought brand new tires for my 2016 four Runner and they do not fit. They rub really bad on the interior of the wheel wells. This should have been caught before I picked up my vehicle.
Also, I had made a request to save a brand new tire that was on my vehicle before they installed new tires. The tire that I had asked them to save cost me over $400 and had less than 10,000 miles on it.
My vehicle was in the shop at lake Charles Toyota for almost 2 days to have this work done. Now I’m gonna have to go and spend at least another day to have the correct size tires fitted to my vehicle.

For the past couple of years or so, anytime I get my tires rotated, your staff breaks part of a hubcap and doesn’t replace it. It’s always an issue to get y’all to even fix it. I go in with all of my hubcaps and shortly after leaving, I lose at least one — every single time.
Knowing this, I checked my hubcaps before leaving. Sure enough, back left tire had a loose one. Your staff came out and confirmed that it’s loose, even took it off and saw all the parts y’all broke. His solution, “be careful.”
As soon as I left the parking lot, it came off. I found it in a nearby field after I noticed it missing while getting gas.
Once again, I have to order a new hubcap because y’all don’t believe in fixing what you break.
