I was told that it would take an hour to have my oil changed in my car. After one hour and 40 minutes of waiting, I went to find the big guy with the beard who was supposed to contact me. He was on the phone, so the sweet Hispanic lady behind the service desk asked if she could help me. My car was indeed ready, and she checked me out. I’ve always been so happy with your dealership, but it was here 1 PM, and I was extremely hungry and tired of waiting. My guy never texted or did anything for me after checking me in. I do understand that this can easily happen, and I still appreciate your amazing dealership.
