He was very communicative. Even though I spent over 4k to fix my truck which most people wouldn’t be able to afford. Gavan did a good job. I think Toyota inflates their prices on material and labor. I have owned a business for 15 years and for loyal customers to LC Toyota there should be some benefit except for free oil changes.
