Service was absolutely horrible, i am not pleased or satisfied. My car still hasn’t been completely fixed and i have to find someone to fix it myself. Everything was completely gutted out of my car and I did not give them authorization to do so and they wanted to charge me 2800 dollars to fix it. I told them to just leave it alone and don’t worry bout it and I still was having to pay 700 to take my car home as it was and then they gave my car, good thing it was my stepson but gave him my car and made him pay $411 dollars. They should have called and confirmed with me first before handing my keys off. This was not professional at all and I will not recommend Toyota lake Charles

I told Gavin when I picked up my tacoma that I paid for service through sunbit. He told me I still needed to pay. Well now I have been charged 2 down payments and now have 2 loans for the same singular service open under my credit! Sunbit cant fix it, toyota had to. Perhaps, taking the time to look at the account when a customer says they have paid would be nice, before over charging and flagging someone's credit erroneously! I am so disappointed in this. If I had funds just lying around, id have paid and not used sunbit. I highly doubt I use toyota for anything else but my free oil changes.
