I was told that someone was going to get right on it An hour and 15 minutes later no one had been assigned to do the job. Now I will have to reschedule not only the appointment but I will have to make arrangements to go to work at Westlake Chemcal next week.

Service has declined over the past year. I asked for my valve stem caps be replaced as they were not put on the passenger side after last rotation and balance and was assured they’d be put on today but were not. I couldn’t get my service rep on the phone so had to call Tony. My service rep did not come to my car I waited 15 minutes and another rep came. He did not listen to my husbands questions nor did we get answers about 100,000mike service. It seems my service rep changes each time but none of them are as good as the first one I had for first couple of years.
