Michael is always on top of it and makes it easy and stress free.
Only negative is the phone system to get to Michael. It rings forever and often no one answers and I have to call again. It is not Michael it’s the operators to transfer to him. Once I get on the phone with Michael it is seamless! Don’t ever lose Michael!
