1 thing that would be nice is on the messages sent out for approval for additional work. It shows only the part price. For example yesterday it said my toal was $59 but at check out it was $107. It would be great if it included the service fees so I would know a complete total.

Michael Guillory was great as usual but the tech sent pics of my air and cabin filters and said they were dirty. So when i left i went and bought new ones and when i pulled out the old ones they looked very clean. Its not good bisiness to suggest something is bad when it is still usable. This is just not good business.

I genuinely hope someone is reading these. Because Michael Guillory deserves a raise, a pizza party or something. I called the Toyota service department from the side of the interstate after my breaks had completely failed on the exit ramp and luckily, Michael was the one to answer the phone. I was in a complete panic and he was so calm and assured me that he would get my car taken care of. There was a recall for the vacuum pump which had caused the failure. He made sure I had a loaner and got my car back in under 24 hours all while being so nice. Truly 100% excellent service.
