My wait was 2 1/2 hours, but I did make the appointment the day before.
I enjoyed coffee and popcorn while waiting. Another concern, when my car was brought to me, it was extremely hot, like it had been sitting out in the sun for a while. Did you forget about me?
Anyway, all is well and I’m definitely a Toyota fan.

Michael guillory is always professional & polite. We’ve been taking all our vehicle to lake Charles Toyota & he’s been the person we’ve taken our vehicles to. He explains everything clearly, if ever we have any additional problems with any of our vehicles. We’ve bought 7 Toyotas in the last 9 yrs & if we ever have to use any other dealership we hate it. So in closing, we a very happy with the dealership in Lake Charles.

Only thing that I would suggest, our truck has cream leather interior and when we got it back from service the driver seat and door had grease on them, yes we scrubbed them down and it came off, maybe a seat cover would help or at next service we supply our own, other than that we have always received great service on the vehicles we have purchased from LC Toyota and Clay has always done a great job and treated us well.
