I was very disappointed with your 3 per cent fee for using a credit card. Whatever you increase your profit with the fee, you loose credibility as a professional business. It sends a very greedy message to loyal customers and hurts your reputation in the Vero communityShame on you!

I arrived for my 11:30 am appointment at 11:15 am. I was asked to wait in the waiting area for Toby. After 15 minutes I had to track Toby down. I was then given a time of 12:50 for my car to be ready (this was initially just oil change and rotation). We added in approx 20 min for recall. I was never given an update except by the service manager at 12:50 1 recall and tire rotation completed. Never saw Toby. My vehicle was finally completed at 1:50/2:00. I honestly could have just bought a new car in that time…2.5 hours. Sad really…was told sorry we got backed up. Could have sworn I had an appointment 2.5 hours earlier. Anyway no choice but to continue using but I will say if this is my Honda option I will consider a new brand.
