Mike was able to extend my warranty which helped with the cost of repairing my A/C. I really appreciate his efforts. He’s polite and does what he says he going to do. He also answers all of my questions.

Made appointment online. Brought car in the morning before time and drop off keys in drop box. Had to go back because I left my phone. John and another associate were friendly and helped me out so I could get my phone. When I received my evaluation on car, I noticed that windshield wiper could be replaced so call them and asked him to please replace them. My car was ready to be picked up. The 2 girls in the office very friendly and directed me to John so I could pay the bill and be on my way.

The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. From start to finish. I called to make a 1030 appointment because my wheel was leaning inward and they scheduled me at 830. I called when I got the alert to tell them I wouldn’t be there at 830. My husband dropped the car off and was told they couldn’t even tell us what was wrong for less than $700 for the tires, alignment and balance and that they couldn’t guarantee that the warranty would cover anything since they couldn’t see what was wrong. So we took the car down the road for $300 because I do not have $700 for a what if scenario. Tire kingdom immediately found a broken control arm. We then took the car back to Honda and they apologized but then said they couldn’t cover the tires since I didn’t get them there. So I’m out 300 because you couldn’t even find the problem and then on top of that I would’ve had to risk the $400 difference HOPING that the tire was covered. That’s all complete garbage and should’ve been refunded or given as a service credit to your facility for oil changes or whatever. On top of that the car was then “ok to drive” like I just about blew a tire why on earth would I put my infant back in this car with a bald tire and then also risk ruining the brand new tires? Then we were told that Honda would only cover a rental for one day. I work weekend overnights in Stuart I can’t just leave my husband and child without transport because you’re closed on the weekend. We did end up getting the rental car on Saturday and we were told to bring it back first thing Monday. We rushed to get in back Monday morning and then we were told well you could’ve brought it back this afternoon. This has been an exhausting expensive experience that should have cost me nothing. I shouldn’t have had to run my husband and my kid all over town to get this covered and I’m still livid about being out $300 that should’ve been covered, told the car was ok to drive after seeing the broken part, the bald tire and the fact that I have a small child. You wouldn’t put your kid in the car why would you tell a customer to do that.
