Yes Mr Chandler was very pleasant, quick and explained everything well. I was surprised by the building remodeling and while it was certainly not as comfortable as previously, it was OK. My only real negative was not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi but I did not ask for assistance so it may have been an issue with my phone and I wasn't waiting that long that it became a problem. As an aside, it's very refreshing to see how you make sure that everyone understands the credit charges and the way to avoid the surcharge...it was noted multiple times both written and verbal.

John did his job just fine, my problem is with the dealership over all, I have a pin hole in my tire that apparently can’t be fixed so you want to charge me $350 for a new tire when I just spent $40000 a year ago for a brand new suv. And apparently I can’t even buy the same tire anywhere else. I will never go back to that store again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Honestly it left a bitter taste in my mouth so will steer anyone far away
