The last time I was there and got an oil change, after the oil change my valve cover gasket is leaking profusely and of course throughout the oil change I was texted repeatedly by Toby telling me that the gasket needed to be fixed. This time I was charged almost $1000 for one alternator. I informed Toby a was very tight on money and was living out of my car: at the end of the installation I get a text from Toby telling me that my battery was destroyed in the drive over and I needed a new one which you could provide for $250 . When I said no thank you his response to me was: “so let me see if I understand this correctly – you want us to push your vehicle out into the parking lot and you will take it from there?” You have a group of thieves running your service department. I will never be back to your establishment, by the way, my battery worked fine as I knew that it did.
