My car was misdiagnosed and within the same day that I got it back from the dealership it was also left me on the side of the road and I had to tow it again back to the dealership. I was frustrated that it was not properly diagnosed the first time. I did appreciate the efforts that service person Gerard went through to get it taken care of at the end.
