We asked about the military discount at checkout. We were told by Toby it was too late, we should have asked at checkin. When we said the bill had not been paid, we were informed the paperwork would have to be redone,
It would take 3 to 5 minutes, & Toby did not have the time. After 20 years in the Air Force & 3 tours in Viet Nam, I put in my time.
