I had an appointment for 10:45, your reminder text ask’s, please come 15 minutes early which I did only to find out it would be 2—2.5 hours wait.
I live 15 minutes away but apparently my time doesn’t mean much to Toyota
I could’ve waited in the comfort of my home with a text that said, come 2 hours later than your scheduled appointment .

The actual service done was fine as far as I know. And my service rep was fine, too. However when I picked my car up yesterday I noticed after I drove away that the "maintenance required" message is still on! They didn't turn it off. It's annoying to see that every time I drive.
