The service recommendation was for all 6 coils. I don’t believe I needed all 6. That was based on sales, not customer service. We could have began with the one in question and gone on from there, that was never presented as an option.

Took over almost 2.5 hours to get my truck code reset and then they encouraged me to cancel my oil change due to short staffing. Found a scratch on the tail gate about 1foot long. Ive never had any scratches or dents on my 23 tundra.I had to buff out. My service offered to take care of it but unfortunately I was dealing with my mother's death at the time and I didn't want to spend most of my bereavement time there at the dealership. The wash job was terrible as well. It had missed dirty spots all over.
