My questions about the inspection report were not adequately answered.

Joseph was a good customer service representative. He cheerfully answered my questions when I came back with questions after the service was over. Because I am familiar with Toyota I did have some questions that the first time Toyota buyer may not know to ask. I did bring back my maintenance book and asked him to stamp and date it for the Service I had today. I asked if there were any recalls or notes from the company on my Toyota because I had gotten two cards in the mail from Toyota about recalling or needing to do some thing about a battery. Because I asked he looked it up on the computer. I know there are new customer service people because the people that I knew when I bought my Toyota are no longer service representatives because they retired. So now I have to get used to new customer service people. I think there are certain things that come with experience regarding customer service. In other words, the customer service people that have been working at Toyota for a longer time would have looked things up on the computer and told me if there were any recall issues. That’s how the old guard would do it. So I know as a customer that my representative has looked for any issues, and communicates that to me without my having to ask. It’s unfortunate that the checkout is now back with the service advisor representative. They lost that customer connection when they did away with the ladies at the front who took our payments. I know the company is trying to cut costs like any other company, but it does lose that human connection that the ladies had. It’s interesting when I went to take my car in and even while I was there there weren’t many customers waiting like they’re usually would be. Perhaps it’s because it’s Thursday during the day..

I was satisfied with the service but I was not impressed with the time I had to wait. I dropped off my car Monday around 8:15 am and they said I would get it back that same day. I did not get my car back until Wednesday morning. And when I picked up my car the put it under a different last name. It wasn’t under my dads (he is in the only one lease) or under my first and last name it was under my second last name/ my mom’s name and it took them a while to find the paperwork
