I’m sure the maintenance technician did the oil change as well as rotated the tires however, they made a point of telling me they corrected the tire pressure but while driving the pressures were significantly high. This makes me think they did the important things but glazed over or just checked the box on others. Maybe have a talk

My vehicle is STILL not right after SEVERAL times in the last 3 weeks. The issue I’m having wasn’t even what I brought it in for, but is a result of the fix they did. Something else is now wrong that was never an issue before. They will not take ownership that they messed up my steering column. I have no faith in the techs at this point and don’t want to go back to Stapp after my 3rd fix!!! My service advisor, Lupita was nice in person , but has never once called me back or answered my text in 3 weeks. I am furious that my vehicle now has a steering alignment issue I did not have before I brought it in for a completely different issue. I have missed a full days work with the amount of time I’ve been dealing with this. I need someone to call me and tell me how Toyota is going to fix this and make I happen quickly before it ruins my $1,200 tires and my truck.

I had to always ask for updates. There was zero pro-activity in updates. I was served up an invoice then had to remind you it was under warranty. I was told Lupida would call me and she didn’t. Then after having text several times about car status for pick up, only to be told my car was ready and a tire pressure light was on. And- when we walked in to get the car, all 4 customer service ladies just stared at us. Did not greet or say hello to how can we help you…we literally had to say hello first. Terrible service and we are likely going elsewhere
