Dear Stapp Toyota Service Department, I am writing to you today concerning an issue with my brand new Tundra. While preparing for a trip and installing an aftermarket bed cover, I noticed that one of the bed rails seems to be popping loose. I understand the service department's concern that the aftermarket bed cover might be contributing to the issue. However, I've seen many similar bed covers on other Tundra trucks without problems. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a closer look at the bed rail itself. Perhaps there's an underlying issue causing it to come loose, regardless of the bed cover. My goal is to ensure my new Tundra is secure and functions properly. I'm confident that together, we can find a solution. I purchased a three oil change package a while back. I used two of them. After the last one the service provider confirmed that I had one more. Yesterday, I was told there was no record of the service package. So I had to pay full price. I probably won’t come back.

It is inconvenient that you send a text with a link to what is wrong with my car. I could not open it. Also some other service lady mistook me for a different person and presented to me what was wrong with my non-car. Later another lady came and presented more info for my real car, good thing I didn’t approve the repairs to my non-car. Wouldn’t that owner have been surprised!

I felt that Jazmin was very condescending and robotic. Nothing warm or human about her. I love Lupita and have always gotten great care from her. But Jazmin could use some people skills for sure. It would be great if she didn’t speak to us as if we’re 5 years old. First time I’ve experienced this kind of service from Stapp and I’ve been going there for years. Bit of a bummer for sure.

I wish it was a bit more personal experience. Like when checking in I wish they would ask if there is anything that is going on with the car. And then when checking out I wish they would review the results of the inspection with you. Also, not happy with the prices and the fact that there were no coupons for oil change only. I didn’t need a tire rotation, so therefore my coupon couldn’t be honored. I wish they would have honored the coupon anyway - it was only $10 off but really would have helped. Also not happy that you are not printing the inspection report anymore. I think I may take my cars elsewhere in the future. I thought it was something special going to the actual dealership, but it’s really not.

Jazmin worked to get my truck in at an unexpected moments notice due to an issue that occurred during the oil service a few days prior. I had to have it towed down there and that worked out seemlesly as well as it arrived in time for when Stapp opened. She was able to work with me and get my vehicle back to me same day by having it dropped off at my place of employment. The initial inconvenience was quickly made up for and I truly appreciated that since my truck is my only vehicle and I would not have been able to travel down from Loveland before Stapp Service Dept closed to pick up my truck since I was also working. Thanks Jazmin and Stapp Crew!
