I’ve never gone to the car dealership with the people have been genuine and friendly, and not pushy. I am very impressed. I met multiple people who work there, all were polite, all seem to be common every day. Fokou didn’t think they were better than anybody, nobody tried to coerce me, and even the general manager was very friendly, and gave me his iPhone power cord since my phone was out of power. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about you guys, you’re the best.!!

Person that checked me in did not write down my request to not check cabin filter and engine filter. No harm done. Person who put on the sticker for next oil change must not have been able to read the milage. Used the thousands and ignored the additional 900 plus miles and therefore stickered the next oil change at 4,000 miles not 5,000 miles. Minor things, but shows poor performance on your employees and need for customers to double check your work.

Same day as service service appointment, which included a multipoint inspection, I found I had no tail lights. Was caused by a blown fuse. Simple to find and fix. I have reason to believe the fuse had been blown for a while. Should have been caught in the inspection.

Everything went well, except my hood was not closed. It was down, of course, but NOT latched. I did not notice till later that morning, but was grateful I didn't get on the interstate first. Otherwise, service was excellent. Miranda was very friendly and helpful and I liked the videos of my vehicle.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9am for an oil change. I was told my oil change would be completed in approx 1 hr. At 1:15 I was notified by text that my vehicle was ready. When I clicked on the link provided in the text, it was stated that additional work was required and I needed to authorize this work to be completed. At approximately 11:45, I authorized the work to be completed. I spoke with Tyler at approximately 4:45 (5 hrs later) and he informed me that he was just now looking to see if I’d authorized the additional work. I was forced to re-arrange my entire work day due to a complete lack of communication. When I approached the service desk the following morning I was immediately told someone would be right with me. At no point did any of the 5 people working behind the counter make eye contact with me. I was the only person waiting. Additionally, 1 of the employees was on her cell phone. After approximately 3-4 minutes, Tyler waved me over and gave me the appropriate paperwork to sign. This by far the worst customer service I have experienced at this dealership.
