I was told when I scheduled the service, it would only be 2-2.5hrs for everything that needed to be done. When I arrived, I was told 4 hours. The scheduled work should have only been two hours to complete, where did the additional two hours come from? Because of this; I was not able to have the recall done! This is on you (Toyota) if this becomes a bigger issue.

I love the video walkthrough that Samantha and Ethan sent during diagnostic. I found the part cheaper at another Toyota genuine parts supplier, so a deeper search for parts would be appreciated. But that said, I appreciate that you worked with me and tried to find ways to compensate and bring down the cost. I didn’t feel fleeced.

Lupita handled yourself with class and professionalism. She open, honest, empathetic, and communicative through the whole process. She realized that my truck wasn’t ready bc some sensors went off during the test drive rather than sending me home she found me a replace vehicle for the day. She called promptly in the morning and told me exact what was wrong. It’s rare you find someone like her. You’ve got a star working for you and she definitely deserves a raise. This is the socond time i have scheduled a service with your service department and when i got there there was no appointment scheduled. Also they told me to sit in the lobby and i was left there for an hour with no one telling me if they were going to take my car or not. When i went up to talk to someone because i had to go to work no one had any idea what was going on with my car. I was never checked in.
