I was told my second key wouldn't arrive by my original service date so we moved it back to a date that I was told they were sure it would arrive by. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they didn't have the key. It's 25 minute drive out to you. I specifically moved around my schedule so that I didn't have to come out there twice. I would have expected a call before my appointment that the part required for my appointment had not arrived so I could reschedule if that's what I wanted to do.

Samantha was great but there was a mix up between the part I needed for my truck and the part that ended up being installed. Apparently the serial numbers were different from what was ordered to what was needed and it caused my vehicle to run very poorly. I immediately turned back around and dropped it back off. Samantha contacted me and I let her know to have the tech just take the new part out and re-install the old part. The fact that the numbers weren’t matching up for the part needed to what was being installed was the most irritating part. Not sure if it was a miscommunication between when the part was ordered if the information was put in wrong leading to the wrong part number being pulled but the fact it’s also non refundable while still not being the correct part doesn’t help but if part numbers don’t match up to what a vehicle needs then any installation needs to be halted immediately. I feel like this ordeal was a waste of money.
