The new system is no good. I don't like having to wait out in the cold to check in my car (why? There is a perfectly good front desk) and the automated system is completely impersonal. I had questions about my service and could not talk to a computer. I liked the former system where we had personal interactions with the service personnel. I drive an hour to Stapp because I like the service and personal touch - if this continues I will use a dealer closer to home.

Miranda was great. However when I picked up my brand new 2023 Rav4 that only has 240 miles on it, I expected my vehicle to be washed and clean. (It was not) I was handed the paperwork and keys and was not shown that the work had been satisfactorily completed. I understand it was the end of the day, 5:30pm, but…I felt rushed and disappointed.

called 2 days before to make appt and was quoted $345, but upon arrival price was $365. Had questions on what was included in pricing (was a filter needing to be changed etc that had the cost so high) and the advisor assigned to us had to keep going back to the service manager to get answers. Also when I had called to schedule an appt I was told the transmission service was due every 65K but upon my arrival I was told it was every 90K. We purchased the 4Runner at your location and other than an ocassional oil change, have had all the services done there. Just a bit wonky this time around
