When I walked in it was a few minutes until I was greeted by any of the staff members even though they were in there working on their computers. Also working in the service industry, would recommend trying to at least give a customer hello right away and let them know it may be a few minutes to make them feel more welcome.

Tire was under warranty. Was going to get charged full amount for tire even after I was told it was under warranty. Still was charged 55.00 for tire was not informed of this when I called to ask about warranty and set up appointment. Was there for 1 1/2 hours waiting on service and billing issues.

I didn’t have an appointment but I had what I considered an emergency with a splash shield hanging from the undercarriage of my Prius and dragging along the pavement. But you squeezed me on and fixed it quickly — and at no charge. I couldn’t be happier with your exemplary service. I have been getting my car serviced at another Toyota dealership for about eight years, but I am now switching to Stapp. Thank you, Stapp, and thank you, Miranda.

Samantha was super friendly and helpful. She's superb at her job, and helped recommend a Toyota care extension that made a lot of sense to me, because of how she explained it. She greeted me with a smile and the oil change and inspection didn't take too long at all. I really appreciated you filling my tires properly as I always struggle to get the low tire light to go off. It was my first time at your dealership and I had a really wonderful experience. I liked all the staff and atmosphere. There was definitely good energy there.
