We’ve been lucky enough to have Tony Hang as our Lexus service manager for years, and let me tell you—he’s an absolute gem. Patient doesn’t even begin to cover it. Whether we’re fumbling with the insurance app for 20 minutes (face palm!) or asking a million questions, Tony handles it all with grace, good humor, and the kind of customer care that’s increasingly rare these days.
He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and we always leave feeling taken care of. Honestly, after dealing with us, he probably deserves a strong tequila and a standing ovation. In our book, Tony is top notch. Full stop.
