I made a service appointment specifically to get a bad 12 volts battery replaced which was confirmed by Lexus road side assistance . I went there 9:15 AM and waited 2 hrs and was told 12 volt battery needs replacement but battery still needs to be ordered . I had to go home and went back around 4pm to pick up the car. I looked at the new battery installed when i got home and the plastic protective cover for the negative terminal is missing.
