I'm the husband. I brought the car in for service. I pulled up behind the last car in line and waited. No one came out to my car so I moved over to the next lane and now I'm in front. The attendant then sees me and comes over to my car. If I had waited at the back of the line, when would have the attendant come out to see me? Your process of checking in cars is not customer service friendly. Customers should be attended to as quickly as possible.

I am beyond satisfied with the service i received from Helen no complaints 10 stars! My only issue is a young lady wearing all grey sweatpants to work. She had no name tag. I find it odd to come into such a nice establishment and having to dealing with a rude and condescending individual. She was scolding me that if u didn’t pay the balance of $8.80 I could not get a loaner in the future. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I don’t have an issue paying that amount. It the way she said it like I couldn’t afford to pay. Also, please enforce dress code of some sort like a shirt-sweater-jacket that says “crown Lexus”.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the communication. My service advisor got sick and wasn’t available for 2 days days. My insurance was waiting for someone to call them back for two full days. I don’t understand why someone other than the person who was working on my car couldn’t have called them back? There should have been notes in the system for one to see what was going on. I also called twice, once to let them know my insurance waswaiting for a call back and again to find out what the status was of that call back. I didn’t get a return even though they said they would.
