I have told many people that the Lexus service staff take very good care of their customers - prompt attention, comfortable waiting room, great coffee. Dennis is a work horse and an asset to Lexus. He leaves no room for any questions to be had as he provides all details and clarity very professionally and efficiently from the first visit. He knows all the answers and makes sure his customers have a sense that they are being taken care of by someone who is responsive, quick, understanding and gets the job done.
