Marked tires before appointment. They were to be rotated as part of the service and showed advisor the markings were still on the tire before appointment indicating they were NIT rotated! Makes me wonder if the oil change and anything else was actually done. Will contact GM and Lexus corporate as this is shameful.

You guys are professional and helpful. Alyssa White was helpful. My RX 350L, 2020, the lift gate had been non-functional 2 times in 3 years. I believe it is a design error. I don’t want to pay out of my pocket if the trunk goes wrong again after 2026 when the warranty is expired.
