Well I text the service guy to get a break down on a water pump and no response. And ask him about a 25 percent discount I had sent to me can I use it for the repairs on my car which totaled 58,000 hundred dollars which is a lot of money,his response was I don’t know I have to ask the manager. If this is how your dealership works, I’m not happy at all, this is a lot of money parts 1,800 and labor almost 4,000 he
say let me see what we can do to help you out. Disappointed it’s all about the money not the customer.
