This was my second trip to the service department to get my truck fixed under warranty. The first time they diagnosed things and ordered the parts. I came back today because the parts came in. After a long wait I was told that they didn’t order all the parts they needed. Now, I have to go back a third time to properly fix the same problem. Frustrating and extremely time consuming.
Christian, however, is the best. He makes a bad situation much better.
