Disappointed that my vehicle was dirty when I got back in it. But the worse thing was when I was driving home I was hearing a noise I had never heard before. I pulled off the road and was walking around the vehicle. A concerned individual checked on me. I explained I had a noise that concerned me and I told him it was at the garage today for service. He raised the hood and I have pictures of what was found. I can share them with you.

The only thing I saw wrong was the whole glove compartment was laying on the passenger side floor, but I didn’t have time to go back in the service dept and tell them… I was running very short on time for an appointment afterwards…

When my wife got there to pick up our car she couldn’t find it where she was told it was at. Finally it was found somewhere on the other side of parking lot. Then she was really offended because the person who brought her the car she said made her feel bad because they didn’t want to give her the car keys and she had already took care of all the paperwork. She had a very bad experience in the service department.
