I have already been in contact with Kip regarding my disappointment with the service provided and for the extra charges which weren’t warranted. He is supposed to get back to me by tomorrow regarding the issues.

I have multiple times requested my deceased husband's name be removed from the account and I continue to get all correspondences in his name. I requested that the computer be checked and reset if needed because my preset contacts change randomly. I also requested that the service today be billed to Hinzman Auto but had to pay. A coworker brought the van in for me and wasn't certain of all the details. I had spoken with an associate a few days ago when the appointment was scheduled and he was informed of this and supposedly documented everything.

Total time for the recall fix was miscommunicated so that was a little disappointing. Instead of communicated 2 hours, once we arrived we were told it would be 4 hours. We were offered a ride to an area location so that was appreciated but it was not something we decided to do.

I cannot remember the names but the gentlemen that appeared to be the manager was very personal and great! So was the younger gentlemen with blonde hair from Florida originally. As someone who works in customer service and hospitality, I loved seeing the great service offer led. Well done!
