Today, I visited your shop due to an odd sound from my rear differential. The staff, including the service guy, were friendly initially. However, my visit took a disappointing turn when the service guy informed me that the rear end essentially needs rebuilding. When I inquired about the timeline for the repair, they were unable to provide any clarity, mentioning the need to send it elsewhere without a definite timeframe. They suggested taking it to Elkins for the fix, but couldn't confirm if it's covered by warranty. Despite assurances of a call by the end of the day, I received none. This vehicle is crucial for my daily commute and an upcoming hunting trip, which I've planned and invested in for months. I'm frustrated that the warranty I purchased didn't disclose the age restriction for a loaner car, which I was sold at 21. The lack of assistance and the unfulfilled promise of a call have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Very thankful that Josh was able to pick up my vehicle and come back when I got off work and bring it to me. That is very helpful. I was contacted about my inspection sticker needing done and did it while my vehicle was there. This saved me a lot of time and being a widow was very nice knowing someone was taking care of me.
