Its ridiculous to charge someone $200 to diagnose a problem we all could have figured out in 5 minutes. And $2000 to fic a/c is way overpriced I cannot afford a cost like that and i dont know how anybody else can either. I highly doubt the paragraph above is rooted in any kind of truth.

I was quoted about 2 hours. I understand things happen and things come up but,I was there for 4. I saw them pull my truck around at about 2.5 hours in. Then I heard someone say “who has Shifflett? We have his tires already.” And I watched them drive my truck back around for another 2 hours. I told the guy when I checked in that they ordered tires for me that need to be put on during this appointment as well as the oil change. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was. Then at about 3 hours in someone asked me for my name. I told them and they just walked off and never came back until my truck was finally done.

I had to get a jump start so tht I could drive the Toyota Venza over to Buckhannon Toyota. I walked in, explained why I was there and that I needed the Venza to be checked out. I ws taken back to the auto repair shop. TYhe shop took my name and additional information. The next day Alicia Hsarvey called, the Venza just needed a new battery. A state inspection was done and Alica called and told me I could pick it up. I'm impressed with the outstanding service!!
I'm impressed with the fact that the venzaa was washed and gas was put in the venza at no cost. I'm impressed with the overall care and professionalism.
