The printed report I received stated “5 K oil” and I was told this visit would be for tire rotation, etc.
When I called to question the print out.. was told that “5 K”... is on all statements regardless of service. Seems a little confusing to those of us trusting the report to keep track of what maintenance is being performed. Service at the location was prompt and efficient and there were plenty of times available for service which is helpful.
