I had to pay $25 today for my tire rotation.
I ask why I had to pay for this, she stated you have to buy your tires here for it to be free. I said I bought my Highlander here that have the tires on it so I would think that meant I bought the tires here?!

Service is good. Shouldn’t be charged a diagnostic fee when you know what’s wrong and had to figure it out yourself because the last time they looked at it the “didn’t find anything” so you found the problem yourself.

Alicia is an asset and the service process is efficient. I did forget to ask about the cause of the repair — why my headlights needed adjustment and why there seemed to be no easily accessible way for me or my local garage to do the adjustment. I miss contact with actual mechanics at dealerships, but understand the economics of it.
