I have a service plan in the maintenance plan with you guys. I brought it in to have my cruise control looked at and they couldn’t find a problem and as soon as I pull off the lot and drive down the road after being there for three hours of allowing them to observe it and change my oil and rotate my tires they could not find the problem. I worried that when my service plans over then they will find the problem and then I will be charged for it and I paid to keep my vehicle protected. I was told an hr for the service(oil change, 25 point inspection, tire rotation). I was notified when the inspection was completed. And then when the car was ready, I received another notice, as I chose to shop rather than wait at the dealership. My 50% discount coupon for oil change was honored, and I was pleased with the final total.
