Excellent service

Very polite and explained every step that was being done and kept me updated with progress!

I was coming in after hitting something on the highway resulting in damage and a check engine light. I asked if they could tell me about the codes to determine if it was going to be something I could wait to fix it until the body shop could get me in. They required me to do a diagnostic test and the end result was them explaining the two codes that I originally asked about.

Great customer service quick in and out

One of your mechanics broke my cruise control lever in the process of making repairs on other parts of the vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back to let them know about this they claimed they didn’t do it,when I told them “if I had broke it,I would’ve had you fix it when I brought the truck in” To which he called me a liar,and then he asked me to pay for the parts if they paid for labor,I said I will not pay for anything that your mechanics broke,when he came back out after begrudgingly telling me he would see what he could do,he had to restate that he thinks I’m a liar and then proceeded to give me some crap story about how they’re going to help me out because I spend money to get my truck fixed,and then he and his team delayed my appointment,and then when I got my truck there at 945 like they asked,I didn’t get my truck back until245 in the afternoon,I was told this was a quick fix and could wait in the dealership for just a little bit while they fixed it,fortunately for me I had my done come and pick me up because I could tell by their attitude that we’re going to “ teach me a lesson” about calling them out on damaging my truck What they taught me was,that these men are really just 8 year olds in men’s bodies,and have no intention of being honest or backing up their work or fixing their mistakes ,although they eventually got the work done and I am appreciative of that,I am highly disappointed in there lack of professionalism and how immature all of the people involved were acting

Excellent treatment

I am always blessed because you take such good care of my car. Everyone is super nice. JD did a great job when the computer messed up and didn't print my inspection numbers on my tires and brakes, he took the time to hand write them in for me. JD gets 5 stars ????????????????????
