I trust Buckhannon Toyota completely to take care of my vehicle and do advise me when work needs to be done. I had it in recently for a complete check up an oil change and they told me we were fine. Today I was back to make sure it was OK after someone bumped into the rear of my car. They assured me it was fine, but told me that I needed to have my tires aligned. I do not understand why this was not told to me when I recently had the service done. It is difficult for me to make arrangements to come there. Thank you.

I got a oil change and tire rotation I always mark tires because I don't trust people I mark the back tires with a x and take a pic so when car was done I paid for rotation but they didn't rotate mechanic lied I showed Christian he took care of problem but now I don't know if I can trust you all I drive 2hrs just because I like you guys then your mechanic pulled this I'm really disappointed like do they really Change my oil I have a trust issue now
