The Cabin air filter cover was left in the passenger floor of truck. The state inspection was completed and whoever removed the old sticker put a scratch on windshield. Waiting to hear from manager to see what they are going to do about windshield. Service guy replaced air cabin filter cover.

The mechanic broke the clasp on the air filter box and all but broke the snaps to get into the cabin air filter. He also put the cabin air filter back in the exact state he took it out which was full of leaves and little seed pods. All he would have had to done was tap it a few times over the trash can and knocked the debris off but apparently that would have been too hard.
It is a good thing I did not pay for anything but the inspection.

The team inside were efficient, but my service took over an hour, and my truck was brought back to me dirtier than it went in. I was told the reason for it taking so long was because it was getting washed. When I got my keys, I noticed it was not washed. I informed Christian, and he jumped right up to wash it. I have not received anything via the website showing the work was completed. I'm not sure why it took so long or why I never received the online information. Again, the inside team did great with getting me checked in.
