I was told different prices at different times. When I dropped the vehicle, one price, when I left it a different price and when I picked it up another 100.00 dollars added again! They did not call and ask about additional charges, I found that out when I picked it up!

Total bad experience. Took 6 days to complete service on our RAV4. Wrong parts received to replace axle seal. Had to pick up vehicle and return it following week. Then was that part of repair was misquoted and wanted to change additional $200. Then said to disregard that. A total mess. I purchased our RAV4 there originally. We will not ever return to Lillard Toyota to have our vehicle serviced.

We were told the brake flush would take one hour. After waiting an hour and half. I checked with the service staff. Our key and paperwork was sitting at an empty desk. I would have loved to not wait for 2 1/2 hours for the service and brake fluid flush.
Five minutes before me asking about the status of our vehicle, my husband requested and received a ride home. Lots of guys just standing around chatting much of this time. I was very satisfied with our first service there.
