I had both my bmws at your dealership as I was having body work done at your dealership. Michael went out of his way to have my x5 dropped off bc of my predicament. He was genuinely caring, professional and beyond courteous. He updated me throughout the process and was able to get everything resolved. He reached out to me after my car was delivered to make sure everything was ok. His level of service left such a great impression of your dealership. It was truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had at any luxury car brand.
